01 / about

Architecture is the art of deciding what not to build.

A T-shaped technologist who has worked every layer of the stack — from reverse-engineering malware at Quick Heal, to healthcare platforms at Microsoft, to leading enterprise architecture at Emergys today.

I translate business goals into technical blueprints: choosing the right stack, defining service boundaries, building in testability and observability from day one, and mentoring teams so the architecture survives contact with reality. I've delivered three products end-to-end from concept to production, led cross-functional teams of 20+, and run onsite discovery with stakeholders in the UAE.

Design for change

Clear boundaries, loose coupling and explicit contracts so tomorrow's requirement is a feature, not a rewrite.

Observable by default

If you can't see it, you can't run it. Logging, metrics and tracing are part of the design, not a post-launch patch.

Pragmatic over perfect

Microservices, serverless or a well-built monolith — the right answer depends on the team, budget and runway.

Teams are architecture

Systems mirror the organisations that build them. Mentoring, reviews and shared standards are design tools too.
